Avalon Landscapes has played a pivotal role in transforming the Westbridge HOA community into a warm and welcoming neighborhood just outside Meridian, Idaho. Faced with the unique challenge of a pump system that was smaller than standard installations, we took proactive measures to ensure optimal irrigation maintenance. Expertly coordinated irrigation timing, intervals, and durations in collaboration with the property management company, enabling homeowners to effectively water their own properties. Additionally, we meticulously monitored the pump system, which drew from a nearby dirty water source adjacent to farmland, ensuring the system operated efficiently and sustainably. Our dedication has not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of Westbridge but has also fostered a sense of community among residents.
