Dennis Durrant and Family had the vision to develop an event center for the Durrants and their community to include an event center, 1.5 acres of outdoor entertainment space, including two 500,000 gallon ponds with a lazy river for the kids to enjoy on hot summer’s days. Truly a remarkable building and full landscape. The largest pond system Avalon had built to date.
