Avalon Landscapes has significantly transformed the landscape maintenance for Eagle Creek HOA. Upon taking over, we recognized the need to integrate regular landscape maintenance with irrigation management, addressing longstanding challenges that arose from previous contractors' inability to troubleshoot their comprehensive 2-wire irrigation system. By streamlining operations and utilizing their expertise, we have not only resolved these issues but have also restored the HOA's 67-acre community to efficient service using just two central controllers. Remarkably, we achieved these improvements at a quarter of the cost of other contractors, demonstrating our commitment to quality and cost-effective solutions for the HOA.
